Role Summary:

Handling of Injection moulding, extrusion, Tool room machines, Lab Machines, Robots, compressor, DG, Transformer, Cooling tower, Conveyor & other Utilities.

Roles and Responsibility:
Knowledge of electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic systems
Strong Knowledge on Induction Molding and Extrusion system.
Robust problem-solving and analytical skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Role Specific Competencies:
Perform regular preventive maintenance on all equipment and facilities to ensure their optimal

operation and minimize downtime.
Preparation of MTTR, and MTBF for all necessary machines.
Manpower handling, Shift planning.
Regular monitoring of maintenance activities in Shifts.
PM Planning and its adherence.
Respond promptly to equipment breakdowns and take appropriate corrective action and Preventive

Actions. RCA for breakdowns.




Ensure compliance with all relevant health and safety, environmental and quality standards.
Preparation and updating of ISO documents related to IMS, EMS, QMS, and OHSMS.
Install, commission, and test current equipment and systems.
Develop and implement maintenance procedures and schedules to ensure equipment and facilities are maintained in accordance with relevant standards.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical problems in a timely and productive manner.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all maintenance activities, including spare parts inventory and equipment performance.
R&M; cost monitoring.
Collaborate with other departments and external suppliers to ensure equipment is maintained and

repaired in a timely and cost-effective manner.
