Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and responsible Hub Incharge to manage day-to-day hub operations, ensure smooth shipment movement, and lead the hub team. The ideal candidate should have strong operational, people-management, and problem-solving skills with experience in logistics, courier, e-commerce, or last-mile delivery operations.

Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end hub operations, including inbound and outbound shipments.
Ensure timely receiving, scanning, sorting, bagging, dispatch, and delivery of shipments.
Monitor RTO, undelivered, and pending shipments and take corrective action.
Manage and supervise hub staff, delivery executives, and support teams.
Ensure achievement of daily operational and delivery targets.
Monitor shipment accuracy and minimize loss, damage, misrouting, and operational errors.
Coordinate with linehaul, last-mile, customer support, and other teams for smooth operations.
Handle customer and shipment-related escalations.
Track daily MIS, productivity, attendance, and operational performance.
Ensure compliance with company SOPs, safety standards, and process guidelines.




Identify operational gaps and implement corrective measures.
Manage hub inventory and ensure proper documentation and reconciliation.
Handle peak-season workload and ensure uninterrupted hub operations.

Required Skills
Solid knowledge of hub and logistics operations.
Experience in last-mile delivery, courier, e-commerce, or supply chain operations.
Valuable team-handling and people-management skills.
Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
Knowledge of RTO, inbound, outbound, sorting, scanning, and dispatch processes.
Positive knowledge of MS Excel and MIS reporting.
Ability to work under pressure and meet operational targets.
Strong ownership and accountability.

Qualification & Experience
12th/Graduate preferred.
experience in logistics, courier, e-commerce, or last-mile operations.
Candidates with prior experience as Hub Incharge, Hub Manager, Hub Supervisor, Operations Executive, or Last-Mile Operations Executive will be preferred.
