Position - Executive / Sr Executive / Assistant Manager - Stores

Location: Saswad, Pune

Candidate must have working experience in Food, FMCG or Beverages segment.

Job Summary

The candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day store operations, including receiving, storing, issuing, and maintaining inventory records. The role requires accurate stock management through SAP HANA, ensuring timely material movement, inventory accuracy, and compliance with company policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities
Receive, inspect, and verify incoming materials against purchase orders and delivery documents.
Perform Goods Receipt (GRN), material issue, stock transfer, and inventory transactions in SAP HANA.
Maintain accurate stock records and ensure all inventory movements are updated in the system.
Store materials systematically to ensure easy identification, safety, and accessibility.
Issue materials against approved requisitions and maintain proper documentation.
Conduct periodic physical stock verification and reconcile discrepancies with SAP HANA records.
Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the Procurement team for timely replenishment.
Follow FIFO/FEFO practices wherever applicable.
Prepare daily, weekly,



and monthly stock and inventory reports.
Ensure proper housekeeping, safety, and organization of the store area.
Maintain all store-related records and documentation for audit purposes.
Support internal and external audits by providing accurate inventory records.
Ensure compliance with company policies, SOPs, and inventory control procedures.

Qualifications
Graduate in any discipline.
38 years of experience in store operations.
Hands-on experience with SAP HANA for store and inventory management.
Proficiency in MS Excel and inventory documentation.
