Key Responsibilities

Health Check & Preventive Care Services
Coordinate and facilitate health check packages as per organizational protocols.
Assist patients throughout the health check process.
Record and monitor vital parameters including BP, pulse, temperature, height, weight, BMI, and SpO.
Ensure timely completion of all investigations included in health check packages.
Educate patients regarding preventive healthcare and lifestyle modifications.

Clinical & Nursing Care
Administer prescribed medications, injections, and vaccinations.
Assist physicians during OPD consultations and minor procedures.
Perform basic nursing assessments and report abnormalities to clinicians.
Provide first aid and emergency support whenever required.
Ensure secure patient handling and comfort.

Diagnostic Coordination
Coordinate patient movement between departments for investigations.
Assist in sample collection activities as per protocols.
Ensure proper patient preparation for diagnostic procedures.




Maintain accurate documentation and records.

Infection Control & Quality Compliance
Follow infection prevention and control guidelines.
Ensure adherence to NABH and Apollo quality standards.
Maintain cleanliness and readiness of consultation rooms and nursing stations.
Ensure proper biomedical waste segregation and disposal.

Patient Experience
Provide courteous and compassionate care.
Educate patients on investigations, vaccinations, and preventive health services.
Address patient queries and ensure a seamless patient journey.
Support patient satisfaction initiatives.

Inventory & Equipment Management
Monitor availability of consumables and nursing supplies.
Maintain vaccination and emergency trolley stocks.
Ensure proper functioning of nursing and medical equipment.
Report equipment breakdowns promptly.
