Key Responsibilities
Implement the Project Quality Plan, Inspection & Test Plans (ITPs), Method Statements, and Quality Control procedures.
Inspect civil and building construction activities to ensure compliance with approved drawings and specifications.
Monitor quality of works including:
Earthwork and excavation
PCC and RCC works
Reinforcement and shuttering
Masonry and blockwork
Plastering
Waterproofing
Flooring and tiling
Painting
Doors and windows
False ceiling and other finishing works
Verify incoming construction materials against approved material submittals, specifications, and test certificates.
Coordinate material testing with approved laboratories and review test reports.
Conduct inspections and raise/close Inspection Requests (IRs/WIRs).
Ensure concrete quality through slump tests, cube/cylinder testing,



batching records, and related documentation.
Monitor site activities and identify defects, deviations, and non-conformities.
Raise Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs) where required and follow up on corrective and preventive actions.
Conduct inspections with consultants/client representatives and coordinate inspection schedules.
Ensure that approved construction drawings and latest revisions are being followed at site.
Maintain quality records, inspection reports, checklists, test reports, material approvals, NCRs, and other QA/QC documentation.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly quality reports.
