We are looking for a Power BI & HR Reporting Analyst to support the reporting transformation workstream associated with the migration from SAP HCM to SAP SuccessFactors. The successful candidate will analyse existing SAP-based reports and recreate or optimise them using Power BI and SuccessFactors reporting capabilities.
Key Responsibilities
Review existing SAP HR reports, dashboards, and reporting logic.
Analyse KPIs, calculations, data sources, and reporting dependencies.
Develop Power BI dashboards and visualisations using HR data.
Write SQL queries for data extraction, transformation, and validation.
Translate business reporting requirements into technical solutions.
Validate report outputs and ensure reporting continuity after
migration.
Support user testing and business validation activities.
Document report specifications,
calculations, and data models.
Recommend reporting enhancements and usability improvements.
Required Skills
5+ years of experience in Power BI development and data analytics.
Robust SQL development skills.
Experience with data modelling and reporting solutions.
Exposure to HR data, workforce reporting, or people analytics.
Solid analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to communicate effectively with business stakeholders.
Preferred Skills
Experience with SAP HCM reporting.
Knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors Reporting, Stories, or People
Analytics.
Experience with Power Query and DAX.
Exposure to Azure Data Services.Role & responsibilities
