Job Summary: We are looking for a Graduate candidate with a Hardware & Networking qualification to provide desktop support and shared site support. The candidate will be responsible for handling daily IT support activities, troubleshooting hardware/software issues, and ensuring smooth IT operations at client locations.

Key Responsibilities:
Provide onsite and shared site IT support.
Attend and resolve tickets logged in the Global Support Portal.
Install, configure, and troubleshoot Windows Operating Systems.
Troubleshoot desktop, laptop, software, hardware, and network issues.
Resolve Outlook and email-related issues.
Support O365 migrations, domain management, and antivirus activities.
Handle asset allocation, movement, and inventory-related tasks.
Perform other IT support activities as required.

Eligibility:
Graduate in any discipline.
Hardware & Networking certification/course is mandatory.
Basic knowledge of Windows OS, networking, and desktop support.
Valuable troubleshooting and communication skills.
