Role & responsibilities
Manage end-to-end HR Operations and employee lifecycle processes.
Manage Payroll, BGV, onboarding, exits and Full & Final settlements.
Manage HR vendors, contracts, invoices and payments.
Drive HR process automation, digitisation and continuous improvement.
Partner with HR, Finance and business stakeholders for seamless operations.
Leverage SAP for HR operations and process management.
Preferred candidate profile
SAP experience is mandatory.
Solid exposure to HR process digitization/automation.
