Key Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end architecture, design, and development of Pega applications.
Translate business requirements into scalable and maintainable technical solutions.
Provide technical guidance and mentoring to System Architects and Senior System Architects.
Design reusable components, frameworks, and integration patterns.
Conduct design reviews, code reviews, and ensure adherence to Pega best practices.
Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, and delivery teams to define solutions.
Drive performance tuning, troubleshooting, and optimization activities.
Implement security, governance, and compliance standards within Pega applications.
Manage integrations with external systems using REST, SOAP, MQ, JMS, and APIs.
Support deployment, release management, and DevOps activities.
Participate in estimation, solution planning, and technical risk assessment.
Required Skills
Certified Pega Lead System Architect (CLSA).
Robust hands-on experience with Pega Infinity Platform.
