About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic HR Intern to support our HR team across recruitment, employee engagement, HR operations, and day-to-day coordination. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to build practical experience across multiple areas of Human Resources.

Key Responsibilities
Assist with end-to-end recruitment activities, including sourcing, screening, and coordinating candidate interviews.
Post job openings on job portals and social media platforms.
Coordinate with candidates and interviewers for interview scheduling and follow-ups.
Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
Support onboarding activities and documentation for recent employees.
Assist with maintaining employee records and HR documentation.
Support employee engagement activities and internal HR initiatives.
Help with HR MIS, reports, and other administrative activities.
Coordinate with different teams to ensure smooth execution of HR processes.
Assist the HR team with other day-to-day tasks and projects as required.

Required Skills




Good verbal and written communication skills.
Robust interpersonal and coordination skills.
Basic understanding of HR and recruitment processes.
Good working knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets.
Robust organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to multitask and manage priorities.
Proactive, enthusiastic, and willing to learn.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment.

Education
Pursuing or recently completed a Bachelors/Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
MBA/PGDM in HR is an added advantage.
