Key Responsibilities
1. Caf Operations
Manage daily caf operations and ensure smooth functioning of all shifts.
Ensure adherence to company SOPs, operational standards, and brand guidelines.
Monitor service quality, food quality, hygiene, and overall customer experience.
Conduct regular operational checks and audits.
Sales & Business Performance
Drive sales and achieve monthly business targets.
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and identify areas for improvement.
Implement local store marketing and promotional initiatives to increase sales and footfall.
Focus on customer retention, upselling, and overall guest satisfaction.
People Management
Lead, motivate, and develop the caf team.
Manage manpower planning, staff scheduling, attendance, and productivity.
Conduct team briefings, training, coaching, and performance reviews.




Support hiring and onboarding of recent team members.
Inventory & Cost Control
Manage inventory levels and ensure timely ordering of products and supplies.
Monitor food costs, waste, stock variances, and operational expenses.
Conduct regular stock checks and ensure proper inventory rotation.
5. Financial & Compliance Management
Monitor caf P&L; and work towards achieving profitability targets. Ensure accurate cash handling, billing, and daily reconciliation.
Maintain compliance with food safety, hygiene, health, and statutory requirements.
Ensure all required reports and records are maintained accurately.
