Key Responsibilities
Define and drive the overall technology roadmap aligned with business goals.
Oversee the development and management of LMS, CRM, mobile applications, and customer portals.
Drive innovation in digital onboarding, credit scoring, and alternate data usage.
Ensure robust cloud infrastructure, cybersecurity, and regulatory compliance.




Collaborate with business teams to support digital transformation initiatives.

Key Requirements
5 to 8 years of experience in technology leadership roles.
Robust background in NBFC, Fintech, or Banking industry.
Experience in building and scaling digital lending ecosystems.
Hands-on exposure to cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
Understanding of RBI/NHB regulations and compliance requirements.
Ability to scale technology functions in a high-growth setting.
