Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Developer with Data Migration expertise to lead and execute end-to-end Salesforce data migration projects. The ideal candidate will have robust experience in Salesforce development, data migration strategies, ETL tools, data mapping, data cleansing, and large-scale Salesforce implementation programs.

Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and implement Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Components, and Salesforce Platform technologies.
Lead end-to-end Salesforce data migration activities, including extraction, transformation, validation, cleansing, and loading.
Develop data migration strategies, migration frameworks, and reconciliation processes.
Perform data mapping between legacy systems and Salesforce applications.
Migrate data using Salesforce Data Loader, Data Import Wizard, ETL tools, and third-party migration solutions.
Develop integrations between Salesforce and external systems using REST/SOAP APIs.
Ensure data quality, consistency, accuracy, and integrity throughout the migration lifecycle.
Conduct migration testing, validation, and post-migration support activities.
Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, functional consultants,



and development teams.
Troubleshoot and resolve data-related and Salesforce platform issues.
Create technical documentation, data mapping documents, and migration plans.

Solid experience in Salesforce (SFDC) Development.
Hands-on expertise in:
Apex
Lightning Web Components (LWC)
Visualforce
Aura Components
Salesforce Flows
SOQL & SOSL
Experience with Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
Strong understanding of Salesforce Security Model, Profiles, Roles, and Sharing Rules.
Experience in Salesforce integrations using APIs and middleware platforms.

Data Migration Skills
Extensive experience in Salesforce Data Migration projects.
Data Extraction, Transformation, and Loading (ETL).
Data Mapping, Data Cleansing, and Data Validation.
Data Quality Management and Reconciliation.
Experience with:
Salesforce Data Loader
Informatica
Talend
SSIS
Azure Data Factory (ADF)
Other ETL/Migration Tools
Robust SQL and database management skills.
Experience working with Oracle, SQL Server, PostgreSQL, or MySQL databases.
