We are looking for an energetic and goal-oriented Talent Acquisition Intern to join our HR team in-office. Key Responsibilities
Mass Sourcing & Pipeline Building: Source candidate profiles in high volumes using job portals (Naukri, Indeed), social media platforms, employee referrals, and database drives.
Screening & Shortlisting: Conduct initial telephonic screening calls to assess candidate suitability, availability, salary expectations, and communication skills.
Interview Coordination: Schedule high-volume lineups, manage daily interview trackers, and follow up with candidates to ensure low drop-out rates.
Database & Tracker Management: Maintain real-time hiring trackers, candidate pipelines, and status reports in MS Excel / Google Sheets.
Onboarding Support: Assist the talent acquisition team with basic documentation, offer letter follow-ups, and candidate joining logistics.
