Sales Coordinator (Male) Job Description

Department: Sales
Experience: 1–3 years preferred

Key Responsibilities
Follow up with customers regarding pending and ongoing orders.
Take and process customer orders accurately.
Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate solutions.
Regularly update customers regarding order status and delivery schedules.
Inform customers about ongoing schemes, offers, discounts, and promotions.
Coordinate with the Plant Department whenever required for order status, production, dispatch, or customer requirements.
Coordinate with the sales and internal teams to ensure smooth and timely order processing.
Handle customer queries and ensure timely resolution.
Maintain proper records of orders, customer follow-ups, and communications.





Skills & Requirements
Computer knowledge is mandatory.
Positive software knowledge is mandatory.
Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Office, email, and relevant sales/ERP software.
Positive communication and customer-handling skills.
Strong follow-up and coordination skills.
Ability to manage multiple customer orders and priorities.
Ability to coordinate effectively with the Plant Department and other internal teams.
Responsible, proactive, and customer-focused attitude.
