Role & responsibilities
Understanding customer requirements to develop effectual quality control processes
Devising specifications for final products and for incoming material.
To develop processes for quality check, improvement in production, packing etc.
Ensure that the manufacturing processes comply with both local and global production standards
Implementation of QC systems, procedures, and standards of operation
Conducting quality audits to ensure that the quality policies are being adhered to
Training quality assurance personnel for building a robust work unit
Establishing procedures for sampling, recording and reporting data.
Coordinate between management and the production teams with excellent communication




In-depth knowledge of relevant legal standards and quality control procedures
Resolving Customer complaints & if need be visiting customers to resolve the complaints & understanding customer needs.

Preferred candidate profile
Good communication & presentation
Observational and analytical skills and a demonstrated knowledge of regulatory compliance.
Self-motivated, intelligent, energetic person who can quickly learn
Good analytical skill
Ability to work independently
Should be able to handle work pressure.
Aggressively result oriented and self-starter
