Job Responsibilities
1. Design exposure of automotive seating components
2. Providing engineering solution during design of trim components aggregates, engineering feasibility checks
3. Evaluation of Class-A data from engineering perspective. And suggest any improvements through 3D engineering data
4. Critical 3D modeling in surfacing as well as solid. Generating 2D drawings
5. Knowledge of engineering plastic materials and processes, dimensional management, GD&T.;
6. Hands on experience on Product life cycle management system (PLM) -TCE & TCUA.
7. Creating Engineering Concept design, master sections, macro feasibility during styling stage
8. Knowledge of DFMEA, DVP
9. Knowledge of Seating regulations and testings
10. Valuable analytical, logical and interpersonal skills
