Responsibilities
Managing and responsibility for the definition and process of our after Sales offering to supply and service products according to agreed quality, cost, time and budget
Proposetheoptimalproduct portfolio with respect to the service offering for the turbine platforms.Report/document the design solution to the Design Leader or Design Responsible in a skilled way for internal as well as external review and risk assessment.
Product repair and upgrade management according to the agreed procedures: - Develop product upgrade strategy striving towards minimal number of components and striving towards better product performance.
Perform Engineering Change Management and approvals in the After Sales phase. Participate and develop knowledge of 8D corrective methods
Technical customer communication management as representative ofZF at the customeron all technical aspects for released products and support customer related audits and certification processes




Managementand reporting ofproduct performance (quality and cost)

Qualifications
Masterdegree, preferably in mechanical or electromechanical engineering
Years of relevant experience:Minimum 5 years of experience, including 3 years of experience as Project-, product- or team manager, preferably in mechanical setting and with customer contacts.
Project Management skills.Mechanical and gearbox knowledge (technical) > product focus
Able to judge the technical and business impact of customer requirements
Stays up-to-date and understands the wind applications and market trends.
Basic understanding of economics, understanding a business case.
Fluent in English; in case of German customers, German is strong advantage.Willingness to travel. Solid customer communication skills
