Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Travel Executive to join our team in Vadodara. The candidate should have experience in planning and booking travel arrangements for clients, ensuring seamless travel experiences both domestically and internationally.

Key Responsibilities:
Handle all aspects of travel planning including flight bookings, hotel reservations, travel insurance, and visa assistance.
Customize travel itineraries based on client preferences and budget.
Provide end-to-end travel solutions for individuals, families, or corporate clients.
Communicate with airlines, hotels, and travel partners to ensure smooth service delivery.
Keep clients informed about travel advisories, weather conditions, and documentation requirements.
Maintain travel records,



process payments, and manage travel-related documents.
Address and resolve client complaints or concerns efficiently and professionally.

Requirements:
Minimum 1 year of experience in the travel or tourism industry.
Bachelor's degree is required.
Strong communication skills in English, Hindi, and Gujarati.
Excellent knowledge of domestic and international travel arrangements.
Familiarity with booking portals, travel software, and GDS systems (Amadeus, Galileo, etc. preferred).
Customer-oriented mindset with valuable problem-solving skills.
Ability to multitask and work in a rapid-paced setting.
