We are looking for experienced and customer-focused Telecallers with at least 2 years of relevant experience to join our Customer Support / Operations team.

The primary responsibility of this role is to receive incoming customer complaints and queries, understand the customer's concern, collect the required information, and forward the complaint to the appropriate department for further action.

The ideal candidate should have excellent spoken English, strong listening skills, a professional attitude, and the ability to work effectively both from the office and remotely.

Key Responsibilities
Receive and handle incoming customer complaints and queries over the phone.
Communicate with customers in a polite, skilled, and helpful manner.
Listen carefully and understand the customer's concerns.
Collect and accurately record relevant complaint details.
Categorize and forward complaints to the respective department/team for further action.
Ensure complaints are routed to the correct department without unnecessary delays.
Follow up with the concerned department whenever required.
Escalate urgent or unresolved complaints to the appropriate supervisor.




Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and complaints.
Handle customer information with confidentiality.
Follow company procedures and customer service guidelines.
Work effectively according to US/Canadian/UK business hours time zone.

Required Skills & Qualifications
Minimum 2 years of experience in Telecalling, Customer Support, Call Centre, BPO, or a similar role.
Excellent spoken English and communication skills.
Strong listening and comprehension abilities.
Good customer-handling and interpersonal skills.
Ability to remain calm and professional while dealing with complaints.
Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with email and communication tools.
Good typing, documentation, and record-keeping skills.
Ability to multitask and prioritize customer complaints.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Strong sense of responsibility and punctuality.
