Job Description

We are looking for an HR Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Executive to join our recruitment consultancy team. The candidate will be responsible for end-to-end recruitment and candidate placement for various clients and job roles.

Key Responsibilities:

Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, databases, and social media.

Understand client requirements and source suitable candidates accordingly.

Screen and shortlist candidates based on skills, experience, salary, and job requirements.

Conduct initial HR screening and coordinate interviews with clients.

Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.

Maintain candidate and client databases.

Negotiate salary and manage the offer/joining process.

Achieve monthly recruitment and placement targets.

Build and maintain a robust candidate pipeline.

Develop relationships with candidates and hiring companies.

Ensure successful candidate joining and placement closure.





Requirements:

38years of experience in recruitment / talent acquisition / consultancy recruitment preferred.

Freshers with strong communication and convincing skills may also apply.

Experience using Naukri, LinkedIn and other recruitment portals is an advantage.

Positive communication, negotiation, and follow-up skills.

Target-oriented and self-motivated.

Ability to handle multiple requirements and candidates simultaneously.
