Roles and Responsibility
Design, develop, and deploy Salesforce applications using Service Cloud.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business requirements and implement solutions.
Develop custom components and integrations using Apex, LWC, and other relevant technologies.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Salesforce implementation.

Job Requirements
Solid knowledge of Salesforce Service Cloud architecture and features.
Experience with programming languages such as Java, JavaScript, or Apex.
Familiarity with Agile development methodologies and version control systems like Git.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team setting and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
