Job Summary;
We are looking for a friendly, professional, and patient-focused Guest Relations Executive to ensure a smooth and positive experience for patients and their attendants throughout their hospital visit.
Key Responsibilities:
Welcome and assist patients, attendants, and visitors in a courteous and professional manner.
Provide guidance regarding OPD, consultations, diagnostics, billing, admissions, and other hospital services.
Attend to patient and attendant queries and resolve concerns promptly.
Coordinate with Front Office, Billing, Nursing, Doctors, Diagnostics, and other departments for smooth patient service.
Handle patient feedback, complaints, and requests professionally.
Follow up on patient concerns and ensure timely resolution.
Assist patients with navigation within the hospital premises.
Support VIP and special-category patients when required.
Maintain proper communication and coordination with internal departments.
Conduct patient rounds/feedback collection as assigned.




Maintain a professional and welcoming setting at the reception and guest relations desk.
Prepare and maintain required reports and records.
Ensure compliance with hospital policies, service standards, and patient confidentiality.

Good listening and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to handle difficult or emotional situations calmly.
Good coordination and teamwork skills.
Basic computer knowledge and MS Office skills.
Valuable command of English; knowledge of Telugu/Hindi will be an added advantage.
Preferred Candidate:
Candidates with experience in hospitals, healthcare, hotels, hospitality, customer service, or front office are preferred.
Should be comfortable working in a hospital environment and in rotational shifts.
Solid focus on patient satisfaction and service quality.
