Responsible for achieving monthly, quarterly, and annual direct sales targets.
Prepare and maintain monthly sales MIS reports and sales performance analysis.
Prepare accurate sales forecasts based on customer requirements, market trends, and business opportunities.
Monitor and analyze Sales Plan vs. Actual Sales and take necessary corrective actions.
Identify and develop recent customers, market enquiries, and business opportunities.
Generate orders from existing and new customers in national and international markets.
Maintain strong relationships with existing customers and ensure customer retention and business expansion.
Conduct regular customer visits and understand their technical and commercial requirements.
Provide appropriate technical information and product solutions based on customer requirements.
Coordinate day-to-day activities with customers, Production, Engineering, Quality, and other internal stakeholders.
Follow up on quotations, enquiries, negotiations,



order confirmation, and order execution.
Monitor customer requirements and ensure timely communication regarding order status and delivery schedules.
Identify prospects for recent products, applications, and market development.
Monitor competitor activities, market trends, and customer needs to support business growth.
Ensure effective credit control and payment follow-up with customers in coordination with the Finance team.
Prepare sales reports, presentations, and other management reports as required.
Maintain proper records of customer enquiries, quotations, orders, sales forecasts, and business opportunities.
Support management in developing and implementing sales strategies and business development plans.
Ensure timely follow-up and closure of customer issues to maintain customer satisfaction.
