Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced SAP Marketing Cloud Consultant with 8+ years of SAP experience and solid hands-on expertise in SAP Marketing Cloud. The candidate will be responsible for solution design, configuration, integration, implementation, and support of SAP Marketing Cloud solutions.

Key Responsibilities
Configure and support SAP Marketing Cloud including customer profiles, segmentation, target groups, campaigns, and marketing automation.
Gather business requirements and translate them into effective SAP Marketing Cloud solutions.
Design and support integrations with SAP S/4HANA, SAP Sales/Service Cloud, SAP CRM and external applications.
Work with SAP CPI / Integration Suite, APIs, OData, REST/SOAP interfaces.
Perform testing, troubleshooting, defect resolution, and production support.




Prepare functional specifications, configuration documents, and test scenarios.
Collaborate with business stakeholders, technical teams, and global delivery teams.

Mandatory Skills
8+ years of SAP experience with solid SAP Marketing Cloud / SAP CX / CRM background.
Hands-on experience in SAP Marketing Cloud configuration and implementation.
Strong knowledge of campaign management, segmentation, target groups, and customer data.
Experience with SAP integrations and APIs.
Good communication, analytical, and stakeholder-management skills.

Valuable to Have
SAP S/4HANA integration experience.
SAP Sales Cloud / Service Cloud / Commerce Cloud.
SAP CPI / Integration Suite.
SAP Emarsys / Customer Data Platform.
SAP Marketing / CX certification.
