Job Description

We are looking for experienced Auto Finance Sales professionals to drive New Car Loan and Used Car Loan business through automobile dealer networks and channel partners.

Key Responsibilities
Drive Current Car Loan / Used Car Loan / Auto Finance business through dealer channels.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with automobile dealers and channel partners.
Handle and motivate a team of Finance Executives to achieve business targets.
Drive retail finance penetration, VAS sales and portfolio growth.
Generate business through existing as well as new dealer relationships.




Coordinate with Credit, Operations and Collections teams for smooth loan processing.
Ensure achievement of sales targets while maintaining portfolio quality.
Monitor team productivity, business performance and market activities.

Candidate Profile
36 years of relevant experience in Auto Loan Sales / Car Loan Sales / Current Car Loan Sales / Used Car Loan Sales / Auto Finance.
Experience in Banks, NBFCs, Captive Finance or Auto Finance companies preferred.
Robust experience in Dealer Relationship Management.
Team handling experience is preferred.
Good knowledge of automobile finance and dealer/channel sales.
Graduate; MBA/PGDM preferred.
