Roles & Responsibilities
Safety Compliance & Monitoring
Conduct regular site inspections to identify hazards and ensure compliance with safety standards.
Monitor adherence to local, state, and national EHS regulations (e.g., OSHA, ISO 45001).
Maintain and update safety documentation and permits.
Training & Awareness
Organize and conduct safety induction and training programs for workers and staff.
Promote awareness of EHS policies through toolbox talks and safety campaigns.
Incident Management
Investigate accidents, near misses, and unsafe conditions.
Prepare incident reports and recommend corrective actions.
Support return-to-work programs and rehabilitation plans.
Environmental Management
Ensure proper waste disposal and pollution control measures.
Monitor environmental impact and implement mitigation strategies.
Emergency Preparedness
Develop and implement emergency response plans.
Conduct mock drills and evaluate readiness.
Documentation & Reporting
Maintain records of inspections, audits, and training.
Submit periodic EHS performance reports to management. Role & responsibilities.
