Job Responsibilities:
Conduct quality checks of incoming raw materials, packaging materials, in-process products, and finished products.
Monitor production processes to ensure compliance with quality and food safety standards.
Perform physical, chemical, and sensory testing such as pH, Brix, viscosity, appearance, taste, and texture.
Maintain QC records, test reports, batch records, and other quality documentation.
Ensure compliance with FSSAI, GMP, HACCP, BRCGS, and company quality standards.
Monitor hygiene, sanitation, and personal hygiene practices on the production floor.
Coordinate with Production team for quality-related issues and corrective actions.
Handle product sampling, retention samples, and shelf-life monitoring.




Identify non-conformities and assist in implementing corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
Ensure proper calibration and maintenance of laboratory instruments.

Qualification & Experience:
B.Sc./B.Tech. in Food Technology, Microbiology, Chemistry, or related field.
More than 3 years of experience in QC/QA, preferably in food manufacturing, gravies, sauces, RTE, or similar products.
Valuable knowledge of food safety, hygiene, and quality control practices.
Valuable documentation and communication skills.
