Role Overview
Join our team as a Salesforce Service Cloud QA Tester. Ensure high-quality Salesforce Service Cloud implementations through thorough testing, defect management, and Agile collaboration.
Key Responsibilities
Create and execute test plans/cases for Salesforce Service Cloud features (Cases, Omni-Channel, Knowledge, Lightning, etc.).
Conduct functional, regression, integration, and E2E testing.Log/track defects (e.g., Jira) and validate data with SOQL.Collaborate with teams and participate in Agile
ceremonies.Contribute to test automation.
Requirements
Bachelors in CS/IT or related field.
2+ years hands-on QA experience in Salesforce Service Cloud.
Solid manual testing, analytical skills, and attention to detail.
Valuable communication and teamwork.Preferred
Test automation experience TOSCA highly preferred.
Exposure to Selenium/Provar or API testing.
Agile tools (Jira) and Salesforce Service Cloud certifications.
