Key Responsibilities
End-to-End Recruitment: Manage the complete C2H recruitment lifecycle from understanding client requirements to candidate onboarding.
- Sourcing Talent: Use skilled networks, internal databases, and portals like Naukri, LinkedIn Recruiter, and Indeed to find suitable IT profiles.
- Screening & Evaluation: Assess technical competence, communication skills, and contract/pay-rate alignment and availability.
- Interview Coordination: Line up technical rounds, manage feedback loops between clients/hiring managers and candidates.
- Negotiation & Closure: Handle pay rate/salary negotiations, notice period discussions, and contract terms.
- Compliance & Tracking: Maintain daily MIS reports,



update Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), and ensure smooth documentation for contract conversion terms.

Required Skills & Qualifications
Proven experience in IT contract-to-hire (C2H) or permanent recruitment.
- Solid familiarity with IT tech stacks (e.g., Java, Python, Full Stack, DevOps, Cloud, SAP, Salesforce).
Hands-on experience with Boolean searches and sourcing via job boards.
Positive understanding of payroll models, margins, and contractor compliance.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
