Productivity improvement, manpower reduction, VAVE & process improvement.
Team handling, motivation, retention and departmental activity monitoring.
Customer coordination and timely project execution.
Robust knowledge of sheet metal, welding, fabrication & heavy press shop.
Good exposure to tools, dies and fixtures.
SAP knowledge preferred.
Proven track record in independently handling current product development/manufacturing projects.
