We are hiring an experienced Accounts Payable Manager to lead finance operations for US clients. The ideal candidate should have solid exposure to R2R (60%) and P2P/AP (40%) processes, experience managing multiple client engagements, driving transformation initiatives, and leading teams in a BPO, Accounting Outsourcing, CPA Support, or Client Accounting Services (CAS) setting.

Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end AP/P2P operations for US-based clients.
Oversee R2R activities including GL, reconciliations, month-end close, and financial reporting support.
Manage multiple client accounts and act as a key client-facing stakeholder.
Drive finance transformation, process improvement, migration, and automation initiatives.
Ensure SLA adherence, quality, compliance, and operational excellence.




Lead and develop high-performing teams.
