Job Summary :

We are looking for an experienced Senior Designer with robust expertise in conceptual design, visual communication, branding and art direction. The ideal candidate should have a strong creative portfolio and the ability to translate creative briefs into impactful visual solutions across digital, print, social media, video and brand campaigns.

Key Responsibilities :
Develop original design concepts, illustrations, infographics and visual assets
Create compelling designs for digital, print, social media and marketing campaigns
Translate creative briefs into effective visual solutions
Provide art direction and ensure high-quality design execution
Maintain consistency with brand guidelines and visual identity
Develop storyboards and visual concepts for video content
Present creative concepts to stakeholders and incorporate feedback
Collaborate with marketing, creative and cross-functional teams




Lead brainstorming sessions and contribute to creative ideation
Manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines and quality expectations
Guide and mentor junior designers when required
Stay updated with design trends and visual culture

Required Skills :
6+ years of experience in Visual Design / Brand Design / Graphic Design
Strong portfolio demonstrating conceptual and visual design
Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite
Strong knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign
Experience with branding, campaign design and visual communication
Good understanding of art direction vs. design execution
Experience in storyboarding, illustration and infographic design
Strong presentation and stakeholder management skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a quick-paced environment
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
