I. Job Summary

To perform intermediate level tasks / activities related to the process /
business the employee is aligned with.

II. Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Understands business fundamentals and standard operating procedures
Maintains skilled and productive relations and communications with
internal customers.
Follows standard procedures and introduces all current procedures into daily
routine.
Meets or exceeds individual productivity requirements.
Resolves problem invoices with the highest degree of urgency.
Returns or resolves quality control issues in problem queues.
Generate reports, create MIS for the related role if advised.
Meets or exceeds individual productivity requirements as laid down by the
managers.
Other duties may be assigned as needed by supervisor / manager.

III. Qualifications

A. Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree Bachelor’s degree in any stream or any equivalent degree
More than 1.5 year of prior relevant experience in the field of Audit,
Accounts & Finance

B. Preferred Qualifications




Master's Degree Master’s Degree or Post-Graduation
Experience on the similar kind of process will have an additional advantage.
