nwWe are looking for an experienced Collections & Recovery skilled with solid expertise in agency management, team handling, and collections channel management. The candidate will be responsible for driving collection and recovery performance, managing external collection agencies, leading internal teams, and ensuring effective execution of collection strategies across channels.

nKey Responsibilities
n1. Agency Management
n

Manage and monitor third-party collection and recovery agenciesn
Allocate accounts/portfolios to agencies based on performance and business requirementsn
Track agency-wise productivity, collections, recovery rates, and operational KPIs.n
Conduct regular performance reviews and drive agencies to achieve assigned targets.n
Ensure agencies comply with company policies, regulatory requirements, and collection guidelines.n




Identify underperforming agencies and implement corrective action plans.n
Develop solid relationships with agency partners and negotiate operational requirements where necessary.n

n2. Team Handling

Lead, manage, and motivate the collections/recovery team to achieve business targetsn
Set daily, weekly, and monthly collection targets for the teamn
Monitor individual and team-level performance through regular MIS and reviewsn
Coach team members on collection strategies, customer handling, negotiation, and escalation managementn
Drive productivity and ensure effective allocation of accounts and field resourcesn
Handle escalations and support the team in resolving complex recovery casesn

n3. Channel Management

Manage multiple collection channels including in-house, field collections, agencies, tele-calling, digital/payment channels, and other recovery chan
