As a Project Manager – Data & Analytics, you will lead and manage enterprise data projects across Banking and Financial Services, ensuring end‑to‑end delivery on time, within scope, budget, and quality expectations.

nProject Delivery & Execution

Deliver Data and Analytics projects from initiation through production implementation.n
Define scope, objectives, milestones, deliverables, timelines, and success criteria.n
Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, dependencies, and resource allocations.n
Track progress and proactively manage risks and dependencies.n

nProject Planning & Tracking
n

Establish and maintain project governance processes.n
Coordinate activities across Business, Development, QA, UAT, and Production Support teams.n
Monitor tasks, milestones, and deliverables to ensure adherence to timelines.n
Conduct regular project review meetings and follow‑ups.n

nKanban & Agile Management
n
n




Create and manage project Kanban dashboards.n
Track requirements, development, testing, UAT, release, and post‑production activities.n
Facilitate daily stand‑ups, sprint reviews, and progress sessions.n
Monitor work item status and remove delivery roadblocks.n

nRisk, Issue & Dependency Management
n
n
Identify, assess, and manage risks, issues, assumptions, and dependencies.n
Escalate concerns with mitigation and recovery plans.n
Maintain risk and issue registers throughout the lifecycle.n
Facilitate conflict resolution between stakeholders and teams.n

nExecutive & Management Reporting
n
n
Prepare weekly, monthly, and executive‑level status reports.n
Provide updates to senior management and sponsors.n
Present project progress, timelines, financial status, and key achievements.n
Highlight risks, issues, blockers, and mitigation plans.n
