As a FOS Collection Executive, you will be responsible for handling a portfolio
of accounts and working closely with clients to resolve payment issues. Your
primary goal is to minimize the company's exposure to bad debt and maintain a
healthy cash flow. You will be expected to stay updated with industry trends and
best practices in debt collection, ensuring compliance with legal and ethical
standards.

RESPONSIBILITIES
Contact delinquent account holders via phone, email, or mail to negotiate
payment plans and resolve outstanding balances.
Maintain accurate records of all collection activities, including call logs,
emails, and correspondence.
Analyze account information to identify the root causes of delinquency and
develop effective strategies for recovery.
Collaborate with internal teams, such as sales and customer service, to
gather relevant information and provide updates on collection efforts.
Stay informed about legal and regulatory requirements related to debt
collection and ensure compliance in all communication and recovery efforts.




Escalate complex or sensitive accounts to senior collection executives or
managers for further action or resolution.
Maintain a skilled and courteous demeanor when interacting with clients,
demonstrating empathy and understanding.
Prepare and send demand letters, notices, and other legal documents as
required by the collection process.
Monitor and analyze collection metrics to identify trends and areas for
improvement, and report findings to the management team.

QUALIFICATIONS
High school diploma or equivalent; college degree in business, finance, or a
related field is preferred.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in a collections or customer service role,
preferably in a financial services or banking setting.
Robust communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build
rapport and negotiate effectively.
