Role Description The Business Development Manager is a full-time, remote role responsible for driving growth and expanding EXIN DESIGN STUDIO’s client base in hospitality, luxury residential, and related sectors.



Day-to-day tasks include identifying and qualifying recent business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with prospective and existing clients, and managing the end-to-end business development pipeline. The role involves preparing and delivering pitch presentations, coordinating proposals and RFP responses, and collaborating closely with design and marketing teams to align business opportunities with the studio’s capabilities. The Business Development Manager will track market trends, attend virtual industry events, maintain accurate CRM records, and provide regular reporting and forecasts to leadership.
Qualifications
Strong client relationship management, account management, and stakeholder engagement skills.
Proven experience in lead generation, prospecting, and sales pipeline management.
Ability to develop and execute business development strategies in design, architecture, or hospitality sectors.
