What we’re looking for
We are looking for an experienced and highly driven Vice President – Projects / Project Head to lead wrkwrk's complete project development and execution function.

The ideal profile is a 60:40 blend of commercial fit-outs and construction expertise — with strong experience in commercial office/workspace fit-outs, along with an excellent understanding of design, interiors, finishes,



BOQs and execution, and the ability to work closely with architects, designers, MEP consultants and contractors. The remaining 40% should come from solid civil and construction experience, including exposure to ground-up commercial/office projects and a good understanding of construction, structural elements, base-build, MEP, planning, costs and timelines.

What you’ll be doing
Project Leadership & Execution
• Own the overall Projects and Development strategy for wrkwrk's existing and future locations.
• Partner with Leadership, Real Estate, Sales, Design and Operations teams to translate business expansion plans into executable project strategies.
• Evaluate project feasibility, development timelines, capital requirements and execution risks for recent locations.
