Job Summary
As an Associate Software Developer, you will contribute to the design, development,enhancement, and maintenance of scalable enterprise applications supporting eDiscoveryand legal technology solutions.You will work closely with product engineering, QA, and cross-functional teams to deliverhigh-quality, reliable software using Microsoft .NET technologies. This role is ideal forprofessionals with strong foundational development skills, problem-solving ability, andeagerness to grow in modern software engineering practices.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, and maintain enterprise applications using C# and .NETtechnologies- Develop and maintain REST APIs, backend services,



and web applications- Collaborate with product, QA, and business teams to understand requirements andimplement solutions- Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, stand-ups, andretrospectives- Write clean, maintainable, and testable code following coding standards and bestpractices- Participate in code reviews and incorporate feedback effectively- Debug, troubleshoot, and resolve application issues and defects- Work with existing application architecture and database structures (primarily SQLServer)- Support deployment, maintenance, and production troubleshooting activities- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and engineering best practices- Assist in technical documentation and knowledge sharing within the team- Learn and adopt recent tools, frameworks, and AI-assisted development practices
