Role Description The Human Resources Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Valsad. This role is responsible for overseeing end-to-end HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee engagement. The Human Resources Manager will develop and implement HR policies, support compliance with labor laws and company guidelines,



and manage payroll and benefits in coordination with relevant teams. Day-to-day responsibilities include addressing employee queries, facilitating training and development initiatives, conducting disciplinary and grievance procedures, and maintaining accurate HR documentation and HRIS records. The role also involves collaborating with leadership to support workforce planning, organizational development, and a positive, inclusive workplace culture.
Qualifications
