Role Description The Influencer Marketing Executive (Talent Onboarding) is a full-time, on-site role based in Mumbai. In this position, you will identify, approach,



and onboard influencers and content creators aligned with client campaigns and brand objectives. You will maintain regular communication with talent, negotiate collaboration terms, and coordinate campaign deliverables and timelines. The role involves working closely with internal creative and production teams to ensure smooth execution of influencer campaigns across social media platforms. You will also support reporting and analysis by tracking performance, managing databases of talent, and contributing to continuous improvement of onboarding processes.
Qualifications
