Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Mumbai, combining responsibilities across Sales, Solutions Engineering, and Demand Generation. Day-to-day activities include engaging prospective and existing customers, understanding their business needs, and presenting tailored AI-driven solutions that demonstrate explicit value. The role involves collaborating closely with product and engineering teams to translate technical capabilities into effective customer-facing narratives and solution designs.



Team members will also execute demand generation initiatives, such as outreach campaigns, product demonstrations, and event or webinar support, to build and qualify a strong pipeline. Regular responsibilities include maintaining accurate records in CRM tools, preparing proposals and presentations, and providing feedback from the field to inform product and go-to-market strategies.

Qualifications
Sales and customer engagement skills, including consultative selling, relationship building, and pipeline management.
Solutions engineering capabilities such as technical discovery, solution design, and explaining complex AI concepts in clear, business-focused terms.
Demand generation and marketing skills, including campaign execution, lead qualification, and collaboration with marketing teams on content and events.
Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with the ability to work
