About Maliao-
Maliao is a fast-growing beauty and cosmetics brand focused on creating accessible, trend-driven and exciting makeup for the new age Indian consumer. We’re looking for a Creative Head who can build a strong visual identity for Maliao.
Job Role-
As the Creative Head, you will own Maliao’s overall creative direction across campaigns, product launches, digital marketing, e-commerce and offline branding.
You will be responsible for transforming marketing ideas into scroll-stopping concepts, campaigns and visual stories that strengthen Maliao’s identity and drive awareness, engagement and ultimately sales.
Key Responsibilities-
Develop and own Maliao’s overall creative vision and visual language across platforms.
Conceptualise and execute creative campaigns for current product launches, offers, festivals and key marketing moments.
Create strong content pillars and creative concepts that can consistently generate reach and engagement.
Work closely with the Social Media,
Marketing, Performance Marketing, Influencer and E-commerce teams to ensure creative and business objectives are aligned.
Lead photoshoots, video shoots and campaign productions from concept to execution.
Ensure consistency in Maliao’s brand identity, tone, aesthetics and storytelling across all touchpoints.
Review and approve creative assets before publishing.
Push the team to experiment with new formats, concepts and creative approaches.
What We Are Looking For-
8-15 years of experience in creative direction, content, advertising, beauty/fashion/lifestyle or consumer brands.
Excellent understanding of Indian beauty culture and the Gen-Z/Millennial consumer.
A strong creative eye with an understanding of branding, storytelling, styling, photography, videography and design.
Ability to turn a simple product brief into a big creative idea.
Strong knowledge of current social media trends and conten
