Role Description The Civil Supervisor is a full-time, on-site role based in Karnal, responsible for overseeing day-to-day civil construction activities at project sites. This role involves supervising site teams, coordinating with engineers and contractors,



and ensuring that work is executed according to drawings, specifications, and safety standards. The Civil Supervisor monitors quality of materials and workmanship, checks measurements, and verifies that timelines and milestones are met. The role includes maintaining site documentation, reporting progress to project management, resolving on-site issues, and supporting adherence to regulatory and company policies.
