Role Description The Telesales Executive will work full time on-site in the Pune District, engaging prospective learners and promoting TechnoBridge’s clinical research and healthcare-related courses. Day-to-day responsibilities include making outbound calls, responding to inbound inquiries, explaining course details and benefits,



and guiding potential students through the enrollment process. The role involves generating and qualifying leads, maintaining accurate records of interactions in the CRM, and following up with prospects to convert inquiries into admissions. The Telesales Executive will collaborate with the admissions and marketing teams, handle customer queries professionally, and meet or exceed individual and team sales targets.

Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong Communication skills for clear, qualified, and persuasive interactions over phone and email.
