Role & Responsibilities

Identify, vet, and on-board nano to mid-tier influencers aligned with client brand aesthetics, audience demographics, and campaign KPIs.
Manage end-to-end influencer campaign execution—from brief creation and content alignment to tracking deliverables and performance reporting.
Build and nurture long-term creator relationships, acting as the main liaison between influencers and brand teams.
Collaborate with internal marketing and analytics teams to measure campaign ROI, track engagement metrics, and optimize future influencer selections.
Stay ahead of emerging creator trends, platform algorithm shifts,



and content formats (Reels, shorts, carousels, Lives) to advise clients strategically.
Coordinate influencer contracts, fee negotiations, and payment logistics—ensuring compliance and timely execution.

Skills & Qualifications

Must-Have

Influencer marketing platforms (e.g., AspireIQ, CreatorIQ, Upfluence)
Social media analytics tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Sprinklr, native Instagram/Facebook Insights)
Content moderation and brief creation
Creator outreach and negotiation
Campaign performance tracking (CTR, engagement rate, conversion tracking)
Understanding of Indian creator ecosystem (Tamil, Hindi, Bengali, Telugu, Marathi, etc. markets)

Preferred

Experience managing UGC or brand ambassador programs
Familiarity with performance marketing KPIs (CPM, CPA, ROAS)
Basic knowledge of TikTok Creator Marketplace or YouTube BrandConnect
