It brings proven technologies — cold chain, clean cooking, solar and allied products to the last mile through a network of community entrepreneurs and collective enterprises. Prakruti Plus therefore combines product supply, financing linkage and after-sales support resulting in improved livelihoods and healthy days.
Purpose of the role
Drive primary and secondary sales of Prakruti Plus climate solutions through the community organisations, FPCs, cooperatives or SHG federations.
The role owns revenue conversion at the last mile: turning demand generated on the platform into paid orders, realised collections and repeat purchase.
Scope of work
1. Sales delivery
Own the sales funnel end to end ; lead generation, demonstration, quotation, negotiation, order closure, delivery coordination , collection, after sales service and insight generation on additional products required by the community.




Convert institutional and aggregated demand into confirmed orders.
Maintain a live, stage-wise pipeline
2. Channel and franchisee activation
Recruit, onboard and activate community entrepreneurs and channel partners; support them until they reach independent selling capability.
Ensure community organisation unit economics are explained and understood — commission structures, margins and payment terms
Run periodic channel reviews covering stock position, ageing, dormant agents and dropout reasons.
3. Customer and market intelligence
Capture competitor pricing, product gaps, objections and rejection reasons and feed these back to the business and to innovator partners.
Validate whether stated customer willingness to pay converts into actual payment, segment by segment.
4. Financing linkage
Work with the inclusive finance and cooperative arms of the platform to structure affordable payment optio
