Role: DNS Engineer – Network
Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced DNS Engineer – Network with solid expertise in DNS, TCP/IP, IP Subnetting, Unix/Linux administration, Incident Management, and Change Management. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and supporting enterprise DNS infrastructure, troubleshooting complex network/DNS issues, and ensuring high availability and reliability of critical network services.
Key Responsibilities
Design, configure, manage, and troubleshoot DNS infrastructure in an enterprise environment.
Perform day-to-day administration and support of DNS services, including forward and reverse lookups, DNS zones, records, and delegations.
Troubleshoot complex DNS resolution, latency, connectivity,



and name-resolution issues.
Strong understanding of TCP/IP networking concepts, including TCP/UDP, ports, routing, and network troubleshooting.
Perform IP subnetting, IP addressing, CIDR, and network segmentation.
Analyze network traffic and troubleshoot connectivity issues using appropriate network diagnostic tools.
Handle Incident Management activities, including investigation, resolution, root-cause analysis, and timely closure of incidents.
Participate in Change Management activities, including planning, implementation, validation, and rollback of infrastructure changes.
Work on Unix/Linux systems for DNS configuration, troubleshooting,
