About Position:

We are seeking an experienced Python Developer with solid expertise in Python application development, modern web frameworks, and Generative AI technologies. The ideal candidate will be responsible for architecting and delivering scalable, high-performance enterprise applications while leading technical teams and driving best practices across the software development lifecycle. This role requires deep hands-on experience with Python, Django, Flask, FastAPI, cloud-native architectures, microservices, and AI-powered solutions. What You'll Do:

Architect and lead the development of enterprise-scale web applications using Python-based frameworks and modern frontend technologies.
Design, develop, and maintain backend services using Python, Django, Flask, FastAPI,



and asynchronous frameworks.
Develop and integrate RESTful APIs, OpenAPI specifications, and microservices-based solutions.
Build scalable event-driven and distributed systems using messaging and streaming platforms.
Lead integration initiatives with external systems, third-party services, and business applications.
Design and implement Generative AI-powered solutions to improve business processes and user experiences.
Develop AI-enabled applications leveraging LLMs, prompt engineering techniques, and enterprise AI services.
Create scalable system architectures with a focus on performance, reliability, maintainability, and security.
Collaborate with frontend developers to build responsive and highly interactive user experiences.
Design database structures, data access layers, and data integration services.
Establish coding standards, architecture guidelines, and engineering best practice
